Coconut Corn Soup
Ingredient
4-5 Fresh corns
1 can of coconut milk
1 cup of half and half
1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
2 - 3 table spoon sugar
1/2 - 1 cup Basil leaf
How to make
1. Wash the corn and slice it with the knife and then put the corns in the medium pot
2. Turn on stove at medium high, pour in coconut milk over the corn, put in salt, sugar and stir, wait until the soup is boilling and stir again, now pour in half and half and let the soup boilling until the corn is cooked, test the soup is you need more salt or sugar, and then put in basil leaves and stir, turn off stove. Ready to eat.

You can make a basil tea by boil a handful of fresh basil leaves in two cup of water for five minutes, then strain. Drink hot before meal or at bed time.

***You can buy basil leaves and coconut milk in any Asian grocery store.
***You can replace milk or half and half from coconut milk.
