Healthy and easy fry rice

Easy fry rice for your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

It's fast and easy to make also save your money with economy like right now, if it's taste good the kids will love it. My kids love it so much (even they friends and also my friends liked too) my kids sometime asking for it.

Some time I did not makes enough for them to eat ( I have 4 kids), my 12 years old boy will makes by himself, but only rice with eggs, soysauce and sugar that it.

For myself every time I cooked fry rice I never measure how much I need for the ingredients. I just estimate how much rice, carrot, green peas, soy sauce, and sugar I need, but I like to put a lot of carrots and green peas. My kids like sweet fry rice.

But the ingredients below. I give you the amount of ingredients you will need, you can put more or less ingredients as your like.

Ingredients:

4 cup, cooked rice

I use Jasmine rice

2 - 3 table spoon, Olive oil

2 - 3 clove shopped garlic

1 -2 cup, shopped carrots

1 cup, green peas ( I use frozen green peas)

2 - 3 eggs

2 Table spoon sugar

1 - 2 Table spoon soy sauce (if you don't have soy sauce then use salt instead)

Green onion

cilantro

** If you use salt use only 1/2 teaspoon. (if you need more you can sprinkle

more later)

1 cup shopped green onion ( if you don't have green onion, skip it)

Fresh cilantro leaf as much as you like (if you forget to buy then forget it)

How to make:

Turn on stove at medium, put oil into the pan ( you will need big pan for four (4) cup of rice, if you have small pan reduce the amount of ingredients)

- When the oil getting warm put in garlic and stir garlic until garlic turn to yellow.

- Put in carrots, green peas, sugar, soy sauce and stir to mix the ingredients together, wait until carrots and green peas cooked then put in eggs and stir, put in rice, stir to mix everything together, put in green onion and stir for about 1-2 minutes.

- Turn off stove. Put in cilantro and stir. Now ready to eat.

This size will serve about 4 - 5 people.

Note: You can use other kinds of vegetable; like broccoli, celery, bell pepper or whatever you have in your Refrigerator to make your quick fry rice.

You can find soy sauce at any Asian grocery store. My favorite brand is "Healthy Boy Brand" is a soy sauce with mushroom. I buy from Super H Mart super market.
